Under Renovation-Construction

If the renovation/construction is very slight or appears temporary, we do not wish a condition to be marked at all. Examples of this would be visible work in progress such as roof replacement or siding repair/replacement. Another issue that would not need to be marked would be if the renovation is insignificant interior remodel work only.

Only mark a hazard if the renovation is very significant (such as entire walls removed, new addition in the very beginning stages of construction or the interior is gutted and is being completely redone as the dwelling is becoming exposed to possible loss. There are no minor conditions for this category.
